Privacy Notice
Last updated: July 27, 2026
This Privacy Notice explains how Farm-Ledger ("Farm-Ledger", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares personal data when you use farm-ledger.com and the Farm-Ledger service (the "Service"). Farm-Ledger is operated by its sole proprietor, based in the United States.
1. Controller
Farm-Ledger acts as the data controller for personal data you provide when you create an account and use the Service. For payment-related processing, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") acts as an independent controller as our Merchant of Record.

We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
We retain account and farm records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, tax, and audit obligations. You may request deletion at any time; residual copies in backups are purged on the normal backup rotation.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email support@farm-ledger.com. We respond within 30 days.

We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, row-level security in the database, and audit logging — to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Service at your own risk.
9. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
